Some of our products are produced in research- productive fields and other in monitored farms, by the expert supervision and integrating conventional and conservation methods of management and advantage IPM, increasing organic material of the soil, advantage of manure and compost with the aim of move towards sustainable agriculture and confirmation of food security. Onion may uptake high values of nitrate.
We use manure, compost and best cultivars for onion planting, in order to:
- Food poisons reduction.
- Reduction of nitrate, nitrite and nitrosamine, consequently methemoglobinemia (blue baby) and stomach cancer risk reduction.
- We protect continuity of quality and diversity to be healthy.
